About the Role
Hiretize is an agentic company — cutting-edge AI agents power the hiring engine while human expertise provides the oversight, judgement, and relationships that make placements happen. We are looking for a Hiring Manager to join our team in Dublin.
AI agents handle the heavy lifting — sourcing candidates, running screenings, drafting outreach, and ranking applicants. Your role is to oversee the agents, ensure quality output, and own the human side: understanding client needs and closing hires. This is the new way to hire.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and guide AI agent workflows for screening, outreach, candidate analysis, and prospect ranking — monitoring quality, intervening where needed, and improving agent performance
- Build and maintain deep client relationships — understand their business, culture, and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute hiring strategies tailored to client needs across multiple sectors
- Identify new business opportunities — generate leads, expand the client base, and grow your desk
- Act as the key stakeholder contact for clients, providing market intelligence, hiring advice, and regular updates
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging AI hiring technology
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in a target-driven sales or hiring role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — acting as customer support to both clients and candidates when needed
- Proven track record of successful placements and client management (agency experience is a distinct advantage)
- Strong understanding of hiring processes: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating
- Excellent stakeholder management — comfortable advising senior leaders and managing multiple relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AI agents, automation tools, or hiring technology — or a genuine willingness to learn and adopt new systems quickly
- Curious about how AI is transforming hiring, with a proactive attitude toward integrating it into your workflow
